By accessing and using xperto, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. These terms apply to all users, customers, and business owners.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xperto for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute content without permission; (b) use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; (c) scrape or automate data extraction; (d) access the platform through unauthorized means.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate, truthful information; (b) maintain account security and confidentiality; (c) notify us of any unauthorized access; (d) comply with all applicable laws; (e) respect intellectual property rights; (f) not impersonate others or post false information.
Prohibited Content
You may not post content that is: offensive, threatening, or harassing; sexually explicit or indecent; promotes illegal activities; infringes intellectual property; spreads misinformation; contains viruses or malware; or violates anyone's privacy or rights. We reserve the right to remove such content immediately.
Business Listings
Business owners agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Listings must not contain spam, misleading claims, or false contact details. We reserve the right to verify, modify, or remove listings that violate these terms. Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of their information.
Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We do not allow fake reviews, competitor sabotage, or extortion. We moderate reviews for spam and violations. We do not remove negative reviews unless they violate these terms. Businesses may respond to reviews but cannot delete them.
Limitation of Liability
xperto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless xperto, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your infringement of any rights; or (d) content you post.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Dispute Resolution
Customers vs. Businesses: These are private disputes between you and the business. xperto does not mediate or take responsibility for these interactions.
Disputes with xperto: Email support@cityfinder.com first. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

xperto may contain links to external websites and businesses. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Use them at your own risk.
